By accessing or using our platform, website, or services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Overview of the Service
Ivorycom provides an AI-powered customer relationship management platform that enables businesses to manage contacts, leads, campaigns, workflows, and integrations in one system.
The Service may include:
- CRM features (leads, contacts, pipeline, opportunities)
- Automation tools and workflows
- AI-powered features
- Integrations with third-party services
- Communication tools (email, SMS, etc.)
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Use the Service for business or professional purposes
- Provide accurate and complete information
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Keeping login credentials confidential
- All activity under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & Billing
Ivorycom offers subscription-based plans.
Pricing (subject to change):
- Starter: $49.99 per seat/month (1 seat minimum)
- Business: $99.99 per seat/month (1 seat minimum)
- GovCon: $299.99 per seat/month (1 seat minimum; includes Business CRM + federal contracting AI)
- Enterprise: $399.99 per seat/month (minimum 3 seats; full CRM + GovCon; BYO API key option: $1,999/month + $49 per seat)
Billing Terms:
- Payments are processed via Stripe, our third-party payment provider
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Send spam or abusive communications
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to access other users’ data
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Customer Data
You retain ownership of your data.
You grant Ivorycom a limited license to:
- Host, process, and transmit your data
- Provide and improve the Service
You are responsible for:
- Data accuracy
- Legal compliance of your data
- Obtaining consent where required
7. AI Features
Ivorycom provides AI-powered features.
You acknowledge:
- AI outputs may not always be accurate
- AI is intended to assist, not replace decision-making
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content
We do NOT:
- Use your data to train third-party models
- Sell AI-generated data
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (Google, Stripe, Slack, etc.).
- You authorize integrations explicitly
- Third-party terms apply
- Ivorycom is not responsible for third-party services
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We implement:
- Encryption
- Access controls
- Monitoring and security safeguards
10. Intellectual Property
Ivorycom owns:
- The platform
- Software
- Design
- Branding
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee:

- Error-free performance
We may:
- Perform maintenance
- Update features
- Modify the platform
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms

- Necessary to protect the platform
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Ivorycom is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of data or revenue
- Business interruption
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Ivorycom against claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your data
- Your violation of these Terms
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms.
